Today, I would like to compare the difference in thickness between Daiso and Celia plastic bans, as I found a new plastic banner of 0.15mm at Daiso!

I've never found 0.15mm plastic bobbins before, so I'm looking forward to trying them out!😊

I also found some 0.4mm that I had bought before and not used, so I would like to burn them together.
I bought the 0.4mm at Celia, but Daiso also had 0.4mm on sale!
By the way, the 0.15mm and 0.2mm I used this time are Daiso products, and 0.3mm and 0.4mm are Celia products.

The 0.15mm plastic bobbin we found this time is B4 size, which is the same as the 0.2mm one.

Now, I would like to start baking!

I found a new, 0.15mm plastic band at Daiso!

Here are the 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, and 0.4mm plastic bits before baking.

0.4mm is distorted all over the place!
Actually, the 0.4mm distortion was so bad when I burned one sheet that I burned all of them one more time, but both sheets had the same result.
The 0.3mm of the same Celia product baked beautifully, so I wonder if the thicker it gets, the more easily it gets distorted.

0.15mm → 1mm
0.2mm -> 1.5mm
0.3mm to 1.8mm
0.4mm→2mm
0.4mm→2mm

Although there may be some difference depending on the baking method, the thickness of 0.15mm and 0.4mm was about twice as thick after baking.😊

Conclusion

The 0.15mm was easy to bend with little distortion after baking, but I am concerned about the strength for large pieces such as key holders.

0.15mm seems to be useful when making small or three-dimensional objects, so it would be good to use differently depending on the work.🎶
For large pieces such as key chains, 0.2mm or 0.3mm would be more stable!
