In fact, at my company in 2023, there were still few people who could use Figma, but a new graduate told me that he had mainly used Figma at a vocational school, so I asked him for his know-how and introduced it to my company.

This was a case in point. However, the new graduate told us that he had only used Photoshop for correction and compositing. So, they actively promoted the introduction of the software.
